Before joining LPC, Kevin served as a Managing Director at Studly, Inc. (now known as Savills North America), where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry. Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Economics from Boston College in 2001, providing him with a strong foundation in both business and communication.

Cody Leivas

Cody is a highly experienced commercial real estate professional who brings a wealth of expertise in financing and investing. With a successful track record, Cody has developed a keen eye for identifying and acquiring high-quality commercial properties in partnership with Kevin McNeil.

Before joining the equity side of commercial real estate, Cody spent four years at Partners Bank of California, where he honed his skills in commercial real estate finance. During this time, he underwrote and structured a wide variety of properties, including multifamily, industrial, office, and retail spaces, gaining valuable insight into the lending side of the industry.

Cody's academic credentials are equally impressive, having earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from Chapman University, a Master in Investment Management & Financial Analysis from Creighton University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Finance from Azusa Pacific University. His deep understanding of finance and real estate enables him to approach each transaction uniquely and strategically, ensuring that his client's success is always top of mind.
